Job summary

Magrym Consulting, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager/RPLS to oversee land surveying projects from initiation through completion in Texas.

You will coordinate field crews, survey technicians, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with accuracy and regulatory compliance. The role requires an active Texas RPLS license, 6+ years in land surveying or related fields, familiarity with boundary/topographic/ALTA surveys, and proficiency with Civil 3D or AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in land surveying, civil engineering, or construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee land surveying projects from initiation through completion
• Coordinate field crews, survey technicians, and clients to ensure on-time delivery
• Review survey data, plats, and legal descriptions for accuracy prior to client delivery
• Track project budgets, invoicing milestones, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with state licensing boards, local platting regulations, and utility coordination requirements
• Manage project documentation, permits, and easement research
• Identify scheduling conflicts and resource needs across active projects
• Support proposal/bid preparation for new projects
