Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking a technically strong team lead to guide a 3+ member offshore/onshore development team in the US. You will design, build and configure applications, lead code and unit testing, and ensure delivery aligns with business requirements. Strong client interaction and agile delivery are essential.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, understanding project requirements, and steering the development lifecycle from design to deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Modern RPG and DB2 concepts.
• Ability to design application changes based on requirements and current state.
• Experience leading a team of 3+ resources.
• RxClaim PBM experience is a plus.
• Strong customer interaction and project understanding.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Lead the development phase, code and unit test the requirements; establish connect with customer to understand project and drive execution.
