Job summary

Programmers.io in Dallas seeks a technical lead to drive an onshore/offshore project. You will be hands-on with Modern RPG and DB2, design changes after understanding requirements and current state, and lead a 3+ person team through design, coding and unit testing.

Experience with RxClaim PBM is a plus. You will collaborate with business and customer IT stakeholders in an agile environment, using strong communication and analytical skills to deliver the project successfully.

Qualifications

• Hands-on in Modern RPG with solid DB2 concepts.
• Design app changes after understanding requirements and current state.
• Knowledge of Offshore & Onshore project execution; strong team player.
• Technically lead a team of 3+ resources through design, coding and testing.
• RxClaim PBM experience is a plus.
• Interact with customer to understand project and drive development.
