Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking a Technical Leader with strong architectural, coding, and delivery leadership to guide global software initiatives. You will partner with client stakeholders to define scalable architectures, drive code quality, and make critical technology decisions across distributed teams in the US, Singapore, the UK, and India.

Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, leading sprint planning, ensuring documentation, managing risk, and aligning technical direction with business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of programming experience in a relevant language.
Proven track record leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale platforms.

Responsibilities

Define scalable architecture with stakeholders to support global delivery.
Lead code reviews and enforce engineering best practices across distributed teams.
Drive key technology decisions balancing innovation and delivery realities.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to improve collaboration across regions.
Lead sprint planning, standups, and maintain sprint board hygiene.
Coordinate risk management and clear stakeholder communications.
