Create Music Group seeks a Senior Manager of Royalty Accounting & Operations to own the accuracy and throughput of the royalty ingestion and reconciliation process across multiple revenue sources. You will be the technical authority on how payor statements flow into our royalty systems and client statements, partnering with Finance, A&R, and Data Engineering to scale without headcount growth.

You will replace manual processes with automated ingestion, manage the Royalties Manager and Royalties

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• Minimum 4+ years in music royalty operations and end-to-end statement cycles.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Deep experience processing royalty statements at volume.
• Strong knowledge of royalty concepts: advances, recoupment, splits, withholding.

Responsabilités

• Own reconciliation across revenue sources and resolve variances.
• Direct Royalties Manager teams and set technical standards.
• Oversee ingestion of Letters of Direction (LODs) end to end.
• Drive automation of statement ingestion and reduce manual handling.
• Define KPIs for ingestion throughput and backlog burn-down.
