Kobalt Music in Nashville seeks a Royalties Manager to lead a three-person team handling royalty data ingestion, reconciliation, and reporting. You will oversee US, LatAm, and global digital deals, ensuring accurate payments and timely client statements across platforms.

Strong leadership, SQL basics, and experience with royalty reporting are essential. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and reporting while guiding the Royalties function through evolving industry

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team and mentoring individuals.
• Ability to query databases and interpret royalty reporting formats.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with rights management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to translate data into actions.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a team of three direct reports handling retrieval, ingestion, and reconciliation of royalty data.
• Direct processing of LatAm US sources, US major labels, YouTube, and MLC data flows.
• Lead Global Digital Business deal processing with partners and DSPs.
• Collaborate with Senior Manager to document and improve royalty processing workflows.
• Own processes tracking incoming payments and quarterly royalty processing success rates.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear operational processes and reports.
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports to evaluate performance and impact on client statements.
