Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. in the United States is hiring multiple ROW/Land Agents to support a large project in Alabama. The Sr.

ROW Agent, under the direction of the Lead Agent or ROW Supervisor, handles right of way disciplines, title, permitting, acquisition, and related documentation. Qualifications include an Associate's degree or relevant experience, IRWA designation or Notary Public, and experience in ROW or real estate services.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred or relevant experience.
• IRWA designation or Notary Public.
• Experience in ROW or real estate services for public projects.
• Knowledge of eminent domain and land transactions.

Responsibilities

• Secure permission to enter properties from landowners.
• Negotiate ROW options, easements, and property interests.
• Maintain detailed diary and weekly activity reports.
• Maintain a log of all payments.
• Support construction activities and comply with safety plan.
