Qualifications

• Three years of local experience in real estate, title, surveying, mortgage management, or related record-keeping; or 5 years of experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite is required; database programs are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Research, examine, and interpret property records and title reports to determine encumbrances and interests.
• Negotiate terms with parties of interest to remove liens, judgments, or encumbrances.
• Prepare documents to effect title changes and coordinate relocations as needed.
• Review appraisals to determine market value and costs for client use.
• Coordinate disposition of real property interests and maintain records.
