Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in the United States is seeking a Senior Routing Specialist to support our Chicago, IL office. The Technical Solutions Architect will lead with deep routing and network infrastructure expertise, partnering with sales and engineering to craft end-to-end solutions.

You will work on WAN, data center interconnect, optical transport, and network automation, mentoring teams and guiding customers from discovery through deployment planning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in networking architecture or related technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with WAN routing and data center interconnect architectures.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, MPLS, IS-IS, OSPF, RSVP-TE and SR concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for HPE Networking routing and infrastructure solutions.
• Design and validate scalable WAN, enterprise edge, and data center interconnect architectures.
• Lead technical discussions with customers and partners to influence design decisions.
• Develop reference architectures, deployment guidance and best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Product Management to align solutions with business goals.
