Responsibilities

• Provide primary technical support for break/fix activities and rapid restoration of services.
• Advise customers on Junos configurations and network design best practices.
• Manage and grow relationships with internal teams and partners.
• Review designs for compliance with standards and provide feedback.

• Drive innovation by integrating new technologies into projects.
