Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits seeks a Senior Manager, Routes Management in Chicago to own route strategy and drive commercial impact in key accounts. Lead route refresh cycles, collaborate with Sales, Digital & Technology, and train teams on route processes.

The role requires Excel/PowerPoint mastery, Anaplan/PowerBI experience, and 4-8 years in commercial roles within beverage. Hybrid work in Chicago with 3 days in-office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4-8 years' experience in Commercial Strategy, Sales, or similar.
• Alcohol beverage industry experience preferred.
• Highly organized; able to prioritize multiple work streams and drive long-term change.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to clean and integrate large data sets.
• Anaplan and/or PowerBI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own route strategy and review accounts on routes; recommend improvements.
• Provide insight to drive commercial impact in key accounts.
• Shape how sales teams are held accountable for outcomes.
• Lead the route refresh process; ensure on-time updates per strategy.
• Communicate with sales org; lead office hours and training on routes.
