Job summary

Chicago Baking Company is seeking a Route Sales Supervisor for the Aurora/Naperville, IL area. This full-time role leads the sales and operations team, develops customers and executes the sales plan for National, Regional and Local accounts, while using proprietary IT for route management.

Preferred candidates have 5+ years in CPG/DSD with strong customer development, sales and leadership skills. A BS/BA in Business or related field is preferred; advanced MS Office skills are a plus.

• Develop and grow customer relationships.
