• Proven experience in route management, logistics, or related operational leadership.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across teams.
• Experience using route planning, dispatch, or CRM tools.
• Ability to analyze performance data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily route planning, scheduling, and execution to support on-time service delivery.
• Monitor route performance and identify efficiency, productivity, or cost improvements.
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, operations, and customer support to resolve issues quickly.
• Review route data and service trends to support informed decisions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards and regulations.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and development for route personnel.
• Respond to service escalations and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements and best practices.
• Assist with route optimization, territory balancing, and resource planning.
• Maintain accurate records and communication related to route activity and outcomes.
