Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize routes in coordination with routing and dispatch teams.
• Oversee staffing, hiring, and performance evaluations.
• Develop safety programs and monitor DOT/OSHA compliance.
• Manage budgets and monitor driver productivity.
