Qualifications

• Reliability engineering experience.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 10+ years in centrifugal machinery maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct rotating machinery repairs and overhauls.
• Supervise compressor specialists and manage contract labor.
• Oversee rotating machinery overhauls across LI NAM.
• Identify training needs and develop internal resources in compressor maintenance.
• Interpret predictive monitoring results and vibration data.
• Provide technical input to maintenance planning and budgeting.
