The role emphasizes reliability, design review, and process improvements for compressors, turbines, pumps, and fans. The candidate should hold a BS in Mechanical Engineering with 15+ years of rotating machinery experience, and be prepared for significant travel.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of compressors, turbines, pumps, and fan designs and maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for rotating equipment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically

Responsibilities

• Interpret regulatory requirements, industry codes, IMS documents for compliant operations.
• Lead incident investigations and support RCA reviews for process safety and reliability.
• Provide operations support and guidance for rotating machinery across LI entities.
• Develop risk assessments for new and existing assets and implement action plans.
• Mentor staff and share rotating machinery expertise across the organization.
