Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical experience in rotating equipment operations.
• Experience with compressor/turbine/pumps/fans in air separation or related processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive maintenance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Leads and participates in rotating equipment maintenance.
• Recommends optimization of maintenance and overhaul costs.
• Guides maintenance activities with OEMs to improve reliability and availability.
• Supports onsite overhauls and repairs of large rotating equipment in GOX fleet.
• Collaborates with operations and engineering to mitigate recurring issues.
• Develops and updates maintenance policies, job plans, and inspection guidelines.
• Reviews data from preventive maintenance, vibration/oil/temperature analyses.
