Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of field experience in manufacturing, preferably chemicals or petrochemicals.
• Experience with rotating equipment and reliability programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify Safety, Environmental or Reliability issues and act.
• Lead long-range plans for machinery upgrades and maintenance.
• Apply data analysis to solve repetitive machinery failures.
• Review condition monitoring systems and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with maintenance and reliability groups to improve PM/PdM.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Oversee rotating equipment activities and repair scoping.
• Develop activity lists for upcoming repairs and plan accordingly.
