Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or an apprenticeship preferred.
• Five+ years of rotating equipment repair or industrial maintenance experience.
• Advanced troubleshooting with precision measuring tools, alignment, and drawings.
• Ability to guide daily work, train technicians, and lead by example.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel and be on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pumps, motors, compressors, gearboxes, and related rotating equipment.
• Diagnose complex equipment failures and recommend repairs and reliability improvements.
• Perform precision measurements, alignment, and balancing using drawings and specs.
• Coordinate daily assignments with management; monitor progress and ensure quality and accuracy.
• Train and mentor technicians; provide hands-on guidance and troubleshooting support.
• Communicate job status and repair recommendations to customers and internal teams; maintain service records.
• Promote safe work practices and a clean, organized work environment.
• Drive a company vehicle to customer sites; support field service, including overnight travel, overtime, and emergencies.
