Job summary

TIC Power is seeking a Rotating Equipment Superintendent to lead field teams in the installation, alignment, and turnover of major rotating equipment on power generation projects. You will oversee foremen and crafts, coordinating with project management, engineering, and OEM representatives to ensure safe, on-time execution.

The role requires hands-on millwright skills, precise alignment, rigging, and adherence to OEM procedures, with travel to various project locations across North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of precision millwright and/or rotating equipment experience.
• Experience leading foremen, supervisors, or field crews on power projects.
• Knowledge of alignment techniques and OEM installation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership for installation, alignment, and assembly of rotating equipment.
• Plan and supervise field operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Coordinate with clients, engineering, QA, and OEM representatives during turnover and commissioning.
