Job summary

TIC Power in the United States is seeking a Rotating Equipment Superintendent to lead field crews in installing and aligning major rotating and centerline equipment on power generation projects.

You will supervise foremen and millwrights, coordinate with engineering and clients, and ensure performance meets safety, quality, and schedule goals. Travel to project locations is required, and you will uphold TIC Power's standards for safe work and equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in precision millwright/rotating equipment on power projects.
• 3+ years in foreman/superintendent roles on power projects.
• Hands-on experience with major rotating equipment installation.
• Experience with combustion turbines, steam turbines, and related equipment.
• Strong safety culture and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall field leadership for installation, assembly, alignment, and execution of rotating and centerline equipment.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise field operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule goals.
• Direct and support millwrights and craft personnel responsible for rotating equipment installation.
