Job summary

TIC Power is seeking an experienced Rotating Equipment Superintendent to lead field teams in the installation, alignment, and turnover of major rotating equipment on power generation projects. You will oversee foremen, millwrights, and craft personnel, coordinating with project management, engineering, and OEM representatives.

Strong hands-on knowledge of millwright work, alignment, rigging, and OEM installation requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of precision millwright/rotating equipment scope experience; 3+ years in leadership on power projects.
• Experience with major OEM equipment preferred: Mitsubishi, GE, Siemens, or Alstom.
• Strong knowledge of precision alignment techniques, instrumentation, and tooling.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines and resolve field interface issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership for installation, assembly, alignment, and execution of rotating equipment on power projects.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and supervise field operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule goals.
• Direct and support millwrights and craft personnel responsible for rotating equipment installation.
• Coordinate with superintendents, disciplines, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure efficient sequencing.
• Interface with OEM representatives and Technical Field Representatives during installation, alignment, testing, and turnover.
• Maintain records of manpower, progress, and equipment issues; ensure OEM tolerances are met.
