The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering degree and 6+ years of rotating equipment experience, with strong skills in vibration analysis, condition monitoring, and diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 6 years' experience with rotating equipment in an industrial setting.
• Deep knowledge of turbines, compressors, pumps and gearboxes.
• Experience with vibration analysis and condition monitoring.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and engineering software.
• Strong problem-solving and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and overhaul of turbines, compressors, pumps, and gearboxes.
• Develop best practices for operation and maintenance of rotating equipment.
• Perform performance diagnostics to predict and prevent failures.
• Specify equipment requirements and performance criteria.
• Manage external service providers and maintenance budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams.
• Investigate failures, perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with new technologies in rotating equipment.
