Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training required; HS/GED accepted with experience.
• 6+ years in Oil & Gas, refining, petrochemical or related rotating equipment.
• Experience with pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, gearboxes, bearings, seals, lubrication systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot rotor issues, misalignment, imbalance, lubrication failures and vibration.
• Knowledge of reliability, predictive maintenance and RCA methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical guidance on rotating equipment performance and safety.
• Lead troubleshooting of failure modes (alignment, imbalance, bearing health, seals).
• Drive maintenance improvements and reliability through condition monitoring and RCA.
• Support vibration and lubrication programs, analyze data and track KPIs.
• Contribute to PM/PM optimization, OEM reviews, and field execution quality.
