Job summary

Tecta America Corporation is seeking a Service Manager to lead and optimize the service department across office and on-site operations in Florida. You will oversee safety, budgeting, customer satisfaction, and profitable delivery of service work.

The role requires hands-on leadership of a 10+ person team, strong communication, estimating, scheduling, and coordination with field crews and other departments. You will develop service plans, monitor performance, and drive service revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and experience with roofing systems.
• Ability to sell, estimate, and develop new business.
• Able to read blueprints and understand specifications.
• Strong computer skills and software literacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; prepare reports.
• Experience leading a team of 10+ staff within guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal and listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize objectives for the service department.
• Review proposals, invoices, and service scopes for accuracy.
• Oversee staff performance and training needs.
• Manage staffing and HR processes with compliance.
• Maintain high customer service and communication with clients.
• Attend meetings with clients and contractors to scope new work.
• Issue service proposals and manage service projects.
• Report monthly financials to leadership.
