Tecta America Corp. seeks a Service Manager to operate and manage the service department, ensuring safety, on-time work, budget adherence and top-notch customer service. The role oversees staff, schedules, and execution of service projects in coordination with field crews and office staff.

The candidate should have roofing knowledge, strong communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead a 10+ person team while driving profitability and consistent service excellence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of roofing types and specifications.
• Ability to sell, estimate and develop new business.
• Strong reading and writing of reports, scopes, and proposals.
• Able to manage a 10+ person team.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize and set objectives for duties assigned.
• Oversee document flow including final invoices and proposals.
• Review estimates, inspections, scopes, proposals and invoices.
• Hire/fire within policy; coordinate with HR.
• Maintain open communication with customers, management and employees.
• Develop and execute departmental sales plan.
• Monitor and review daily service schedule and tickets.
• Attend meetings with owners and contractors to discuss new work.
