Job summary

Munz Roofing is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to develop and oversee quality control programs for roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance. You will work with field crews, project managers, and vendors to reduce defects, minimize callbacks, and uphold craftsmanship and safety.

The role focuses on quality control, program development, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration, reporting to the General Manager and driving operational excellence within our roofing projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in roofing, with hands-on installation, supervision or inspection.
• Knowledge of local/state building codes and manufacturer specs.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; document findings well.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel to job sites regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality control inspections across roofing projects to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Design and improve the QA program, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with training for crew education on installation best practices and codes.
• Maintain documentation of inspections, actions, and KPIs; report to leadership.
