Job summary

CentiMark Corporation in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a full-time Quality Control Coordinator to support sales reps in the local area. The QA Rep will oversee daily roofing project production, monitor safety and quality, and maintain clear communication with customers and field staff.

You will manage paperwork, timesheets, and ensure adherence to CentiMark safety policies, guiding your crew to install a high-quality roof on schedule and in a safe, orderly manner.

Qualifications

• The QA Rep will demonstrate a positive work history and the ability to work within a team.
• Minimum experience in general roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Experience with Single Ply, EPDM, PVC & TPO a plus; roofing and sales experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license (in good standing).
• Able to work Saturday and/or Sunday, if needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production of roofing projects.
• Monitor safety, quality of installations, and daily customer communications.
• Report to field supervisor, customer and management.
• Handle paperwork, timesheets and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Lead the team to install a quality CentiMark roof safely and efficiently.
