Job summary

Agility Robotics seeks a Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer to lead the design and deployment of robust test infrastructure for electronic, embedded, and control subsystems. You will drive DFT/DFM integration, mentor junior engineers, and partner with Design, Systems, Firmware, and Manufacturing teams to enable scalable, high‑volume production of robotics systems.

You will own test platforms lifecycle, from requirements to sustainment, and supervise root cause analysis and data‑driven

Qualifications

• 7+ years in test project design and implementation in electronics or embedded systems.
• Experience leading end-to-end manufacturing test system development in robotics or similar fields.
• Strong Python programming, automation, instrumentation control, and data analysis.
• Proficiency with ECAD/read schematics and DFT/DFM principles.

Responsibilities

• Own the architectural design of manufacturing test systems across multiple product lines.
• Define automated production test strategies to maximize coverage and throughput.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions using test data.
• Mentor engineers, create test documentation, and ensure quality standards.
