Job summary

Mujin is seeking a Solutions Engineer in Suwanee, GA to translate customer automation needs into robust robotic solutions. You will review RFPs/SOWs, create technical documentation, and support layouts and proposals for customers in production and distribution environments.

You will work with the sales team to ensure on-time bid delivery, coordinate with engineering and operations, and deliver clear, technical presentations. A strong background in automation systems and CAD tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks is required.
• 5+ years in a related role demonstrating time management, organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into solution designs that balance customer needs with Mujin products.
• Provide technical scoping before proposals and ensure feasibility and constraints are addressed early in the sales cycle.
• Create layouts and provide documentation for proposals, including ROM and firm estimates.
• Write proposals and present them clearly to customers, maintaining follow-up and accountability.
• Manage multiple sales projects concurrently and coordinate with internal stakeholders and departments.
