You will lead algorithm development with real-world sensor data, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Amazon Robotics to deliver production-ready solutions that balance cost, schedule, and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming in at least one language.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience mentoring, leading tech teams or as a tech lead.

Responsibilities

• Develop algorithms using real-world sensor data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Amazon Robotics to bring concepts into production.
• Prototype solutions, evaluate systems for improvements, and build production-ready software.
