Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Senior Robotics Software Engineer in Middlesex County, MA to own end-to-end software for perception, planning, and execution. You will work across ROS/ROS2, C++, and Python to build scalable robotics software interfacing with sensors, ML models, and actuators in a fast-paced environment.

The role targets candidates with hands-on robotics experience, Linux-based systems, and distributed architectures, preferably from startup or autonomy backgrounds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in robotics software, autonomy, or systems engineering.
• Deep experience with ROS/ROS2.
• Strong C++ and Python experience.
• Experience integrating perception, planning, or control systems.
• Hands-on experience with real robotics platforms.
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems and distributed robotics architectures.
