Job summary

Dexmate is looking for a Senior Robotics Navigation Engineer to lead the localization and navigation stack for humanoid robots. You will design and implement 3D SLAM pipelines and real-time algorithms to ensure reliable movement and environment mapping.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in robotics, delivering production-grade solutions, and possess strong skills in C++, sensor fusion, and navigation strategies. A background in academic research or R&D environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in robotics autonomy with a focus on SLAM and localization.
• Proven track record deploying navigation or SLAM systems on real platforms.
• Hands-on experience with LiDAR SLAM and Visual SLAM (VSLAM).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production-grade 3D SLAM and localization systems.
• Develop real-time navigation algorithms from point cloud data.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate navigation stack into full system.
