Job summary

Hai Robotics seeks an Onsite Automation Team Lead to guide a team of 10–12 technicians in customer-focused warehouse automation projects. You will schedule work, drive incident resolution, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with the client and Hai remote teams to ensure reliable operation.

Based onsite in the US, you will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and supervise daily activities across shifts, while building strong relationships with customers and partners and upholding safety

Qualifications

Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial automation and robotics.
Experience leading technicians and coordinating shift coverage.
Ability to read technical docs and electrical diagrams, and use diagnostic tools.
Experience with maintenance/ticketing systems and KPI reporting.
Strong communication, coaching, organization, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Lead team scheduling across shifts, balance coverage and priorities.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues on robots and equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment recovery.
Coordinate with client and Hai remote teams on incidents and escalations.
Maintain service records and report on KPIs such as MTBF and MTTR.
Prepare monthly performance reports and drive improvements in reliability.
