Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a visionary Supply Chain leader to architect and oversee multiple portfolios of advanced robotic products from concept through scaled deployment. This leadership role blends deep technical expertise with strategic supply chain leadership to drive transformation in Amazon's robotics automation initiatives.
You'll lead cross-functional organizations, develop risk management frameworks, and build strategic supplier partnerships to accelerate product innovation
Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years leading large teams in matrixed structures.
- 12+ years in technical/commercial sourcing in high-volume manufacturing, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Experience in strategic supplier/supply chain management at scale.
- Technical background in robotics automation and new product introduction.
- Proven track record of leading organizations through technical product development.
Responsabilidades
- Architect and drive enterprise-wide supply chain strategies for multiple advanced robotic product portfolios.
- Define and implement transformational sourcing approaches to optimize cost and capabilities.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams from concept to scaled deployment.
- Develop risk management frameworks for complex robotic supply chain ecosystems.
- Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships and influence senior leadership on direction.
