Key Job Responsibilities

• Architect and drive enterprise‑wide supply chain strategies for multiple advanced robotic product portfolios

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Experience leading and interacting with cross‑functional teams
• 12+ years experience in technical/commercial sourcing in high‑volume manufacturing, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
• Experience in strategic supplier/supply chain management at scale
• Technical background in robotics automation and new product introduction
• Proven track record of leading organizations through technical product development
• Master's degree or above in robotics, mechanical/mechatronics engineering, systems engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
• Negotiation skills with proven ability to influence at executive levels
• Global supply chain leadership expertise
• Demonstrated success in driving large‑scale cost optimization initiatives
• Track record of mentoring and developing senior leaders

Salary & Location

Base salary range for this position is $176,100 – $238,200 annually. Locations: N. Reading, Massachusetts; Austin, Texas.
