We are seeking a visionary Principal Supply Chain leader to architect and oversee multiple portfolios of advanced robotic products from concept through scaled deployment. This executive-level role combines deep technical expertise with strategic supply chain leadership to drive transformation in Amazon's robotics automation initiatives. You'll be responsible for setting the strategic direction and technical vision for creating innovative robotic solutions that redefine industrial automation. By orchestrating the integration of technical innovation with strategic supply chain management, you'll lead the development of next-generation robotic systems that seamlessly integrate cutting-edge AI and mechanical design.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in strategic supplier/supply chain management at scale
  • Technical background in robotics automation and new product introduction
  • Proven track record of leading organizations through technical product development
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or above in robotics, mechanical/mechatronics engineering, systems engineering or related field
  • Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
  • Negotiation skills with proven ability to influence at executive levels Global supply chain leadership expertise
  • Demonstrated success in driving large-scale cost optimization initiatives
  • Track record of mentoring and developing senior leaders

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
