Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Robotics Engineer for a 100% remote position in the U.S. to design and integrate software powering autonomous robots across the full stack.

You will work on sensor integration, motion planning, perception, and behavior, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, CS, EE, or related field.
• 5+ years of robotics software engineering experience.
• Strong programming in C++ and Python.
• Hands-on ROS/ROS2 in production projects.
• Experience with perception, localization, motion planning, or control.
• Sensor fusion and Kalman/particle filter techniques.
• Experience with Gazebo, Isaac Sim, MuJoCo.
• Strong debugging in real-time and concurrent systems.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting field tests and hardware integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and integrate software powering autonomous robots and platforms.
• Work across the full robotics software stack from sensor integration to high-level perception.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code/design reviews, shipping production-ready solutions.
