Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale technical programs with proven delivery.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple simultaneous projects in a cross-functional environment with internal customers, external vendors, and partners.
• Direct and deliver projects by providing vision and guidance to a project core team.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and System Engineers to navigate schedules, risks, and roadblocks.
