Boston Dynamics, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to lead post-sale engagements with strategic clients.

You will advocate for customers and for the company, manage complex accounts, and drive satisfaction, retention, and expansion through deep product understanding and proactive service delivery. You will conduct regular business reviews, onsite customer visits, and collaborate with Sales to identify growth opportunities.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the ongoing relationship lead for high-value or complex client accounts, maintaining post-sale engagement to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
• Lead regular client meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews and issue-resolution discussions with minimal oversight.
• Conduct frequent onsite visits with customers to build relationships and understand their robotics applications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders; serve as a trusted advisor in their robotics journey.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities and support strategic account planning.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to support product feedback loops and service improvements.
• Manage relationships with internal teams and external customer stakeholders to ensure alignment and goals.
• Analyze client performance data to identify improvements and drive positive outcomes.
• Contribute to design and rollout of broader Customer Success organization and processes.
• Serve as escalation point for client issues and coordinate resolutions across teams.
