Intuitive is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst (Robotic Control Engineer) in Sunnyvale, CA. You will generate, tune, and debug key algorithms for the Ion Endoluminal System, providing analytical support across engineering teams and advancing control software and infrastructure for improved robotic performance.

Qualifications

• Strong background in control theory and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Apply control theory to design and verify mechatronic/robotic systems.
• Bring-up distributed electro-mechanical systems for experimentation.
• Validate and iterate simulated dynamic models through experiments.
• Design experiments to untangle dependencies and understand key relationships.
• Design software algorithms for new and existing products.
• Develop software tools and infrastructure to enable analysis of algorithms.
• Perform comprehensive testing to ensure quality and performance of algorithms.
• Facilitate mechanical, hardware, and software integration of new products.
• Document and pursue intellectual property.
