Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a repair/technical role with complex repairs.
• Expert knowledge of repair tools and advanced diagnostic techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret complex manuals and schematics.
• Experience with process improvement and quality assurance.
• Ability to mentor junior technicians.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied positions.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on complex equipment.
• Lead repair projects from diagnosis to testing and quality control.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules to ensure reliability.
• Oversee quality control for repairs to ensure safety and durability.
• Maintain detailed repair documentation and generate reports.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and company-based applications.
