Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science with a Transportation focus in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Connecticut or able to obtain.
• Experience with CTDOT and CT municipalities preferred.
• Detail and goal-oriented, able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Attend client project meetings, participate in proposals and presentations, manage tasks, and liaise with regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate with design team; train and mentor junior engineers in plans, specs, and estimates; help grow the transportation design group.
