Job summary

H&H is expanding its Civil Highway Group in Northern New England, seeking a team-focused engineer to design roadway projects and lead project tasks. The role involves client meetings, regulatory coordination, and mentoring junior engineers within a collaborative design environment.

Qualified candidates will have 5–15 years of highway design experience, a PE license, and proficiency in MicroStation V8i, InRoads, and Civil 3D. Local presence in Northern New England is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of highway/roadway design experience.
• Licensed PE, familiar with MaineDOT and/or NHDOT standards.
• Drainage design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce roadway/transportation designs for new or rehab projects.
• Attend client meetings, manage tasks/projects, and liaise with regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate with design team; mentor less experienced engineers.
