Job summary

Consor is seeking a Senior Roadway Engineering Project Manager in Houston to lead complex roadway improvement projects from planning through construction. You will guide PS&E prep, schedules, and budgets while ensuring client alignment and regulatory compliance.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage risks, and foster client relationships, contributing to business growth in transportation design and delivery strategies. A PE license and extensive experience are required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of transportation engineering experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience managing scopes, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of project scopes, schedules, and fee estimates.
• Provide oversight and technical direction for roadway/highway projects across all delivery phases.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams including engineers, designers, and subconsultants.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships.
• Drive business development including proposals and client interviews.
