Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years' relevant experience (or Master's with 11+ years)
- In lieu of degree, 16 years of relevant experience
- Experience providing senior-level engineering review and guidance
Responsibilities
- Serve as senior engineering advisor for Williamson County Road Bond GEC Program across multiple projects
- Provide technical reviews of schematics, PS&E, and drainage reports at various development stages
- Review schematic submittals for ROW needs, drainage and detention requirements, environmental considerations, utility impacts
- Identify design approaches reducing project risk and construction costs
- Lead preparation of cost estimates, maps, and technical materials for bond program planning
- Support updates to program design criteria manuals and technical guidance
