Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and budget estimates; prepare technical proposals and contracts.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan; manage scope, schedule and budgets to client satisfaction.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, development, retention and performance reviews for project staff.
• Lead business development and pursuit efforts for strategic projects and prepare client presentations.
