WSP USA is seeking a Senior Roadway Engineer, Technical Manager to lead roadway design and coordination from our Charlotte or Raleigh, NC offices. The role requires extensive leadership experience, high-level civil design expertise, and proven ability to manage mid- to large-scale transportation projects.

Formación
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years post-education experience in civil design.
- Engineer license required.
- Familiarity with AASHTO and NCDOT Design Guidelines.
- Proficiency with MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer/Geopak, AutoCAD, Civil3D.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsabilidades
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute roadway projects.
- Review and develop complex layouts, plans, and estimates.
- Manage projects and coordinate with owners, sub-consultants, and clients.
- Produce technical reports and data visualizations.
- Ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
