Job summary
Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC (ICE) seeks an experienced Senior Roadway Engineer / Project Manager to join our Tampa, Florida office. You will lead roadway design and PS&E packages for FDOT and local governments, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
The ideal candidate has a Florida PE, 10+ years in roadway design, strong FDOT experience, and proven project leadership. ICE offers competitive compensation and advancement within a team-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Florida required.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive roadway/highway design experience, including PS&E packages.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Project Manager and/or Roadway Design Lead for local agency transportation projects and FDOT.
- Manage roadway design projects from concept through final PS&E delivery.
- Lead development of plans, specifications, quantities, cost estimates, and design documentation.
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
- Mentor junior engineers and staff; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
