Job summary

Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC (ICE) in Tampa, FL, is seeking an experienced Senior Roadway Engineer / Project Manager to lead transportation design and delivery for FDOT and local agencies. Based in our Tampa office, you will drive projects from concept through final PS&E, manage schedules and budgets, and maintain strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has a solid FDOT roadway design background, a PE license in Florida, and at least 10 years of progressive roadway

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college/university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive roadway/highway design experience with PS&E.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager and Roadway Design Lead for local FDOT projects.
• Lead roadway design from concept to final PS&E delivery.
• Develop plans, specifications, quantities, cost estimates, and reports.
• Manage multiple projects with schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Coordinate roadway design with drainage, structures, traffic, utilities, and other disciplines.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and staff.
